Money Market
Our Money Market Account allows you to write checks and receive a higher rate of interest. In order to earn a higher rate of interest and be exempt from a monthly service charge, you must maintain a minimum balance of $500.00. You will receive a monthly statement with check images. This account requires a $1,000.00 minimum opening deposit.
You are limited by law regarding the number of transactions you conduct per statement cycle. You are limited to six checks per statement cycle. Customers may, however, make unlimited transfers and withdrawals if made in person.
Our Money Market Account provides for a tiered rate of interest for accounts carrying higher balances. Talk to one of our Customer Service Representatives for more information. All other fees apply.
Statement Savings
Our Statement Savings Account provides a simple and easy way to begin saving. This account earns interest at a fixed rate of interest. Interest is compounded and posted quarterly. You must deposit a minimum of $200.00 ($25.00 for minors) to open this account. A minimum balance fee will be imposed if the account balance falls below $200.00. The minimum balance fee does not apply if account is set up for a minor. You will receive a quarterly statement on this account.
You may only make 6 pre-authorized transfers from your account within a four week period. Transfers to another account or to a third party by pre-authorized, automatic or telephone transfer, are limited to 6 per four week period. Withdrawals in person or at an ATM are unlimited.
Certificates of Deposit
Conventional Certificate of Deposit
We offer competitively priced CD’s that are designed to give you the flexibility of choosing the term and interest rate combination that meets your financial needs. Choose from our fixed-rate terms ranging from 3 months to 5 years. A $500.00 minimum deposit is required. Choose the option of having your interest compounded to your certificate, paid by check or credited to another account at our bank. A penalty may be assessed if any of the principle is withdrawn prior to the maturity date.
Jumbo Certificate of Deposit
Our Jumbo Certificates of Deposit offer competitively priced rates that are designed to give you the flexibility of choosing the term and interest rate combination that meets your financial needs. Choose from our fixed-rate terms ranging from 3 months to 5 years. A $90,000.00 minimum deposit is required. Choose the option of having your interest compounded to your certificate, paid by check or credited to another account at our bank. A penalty may be assessed if any of the principle is withdrawn prior to the maturity date.
IRA Certificates
We offer traditional, educational and Roth IRAs to satisfy your investment and retirement plans. Choose from our fixed-rate terms ranging from 6 months to 5 years. A minimum deposit of $100.00 is required. A substantial penalty may be imposed for early withdrawals. Eligible individuals may make tax-deductible contributions with some types of IRA’s.
